New Stuff

I've been doing some experimenting with my designs lately, new colors, new shapes, and the like.  I've created some one-of-a-kind pieces in both the Maasai beading and terrarium necklace style, but have also started making some new terrarium necklaces that many folks can purchase/own.  I want to introduce the first of the new terrarium necklaces, the Yellow Miniature Garden Necklace:  I realized there was a dearth of yellow in my terrarium necklace collection, and had to address it!

I've also added a new set to Hieropice on Etsy, the Red Garnet Maasai Beaded Necklace and Earrings Set:
The holidays will be upon us before we know it, so why not make gift-giving a bit easier?!

New Minis, at Abeille

Just a quick post to say that I've stocked a bunch of new mini Maasai beaded earrings at Abeille, in Brookline.  Most of these aren't available on Etsy yet, so they're exclusive to Abeille, (for now) save the mauve/purple pair, which is available here.   The mini size (2 cms across) is great for more delicated-eared gals.  Here they are, set out in a sparkly, beaded rainbow, at Abeille!

Purple, Dahling

I'm still on that purple kick.  Last week, I launched a purple terrarium necklace on Hieropice on Etsy, and it inspired me to create a purple-themed treasury list, celebrating all things vibrant and purple.  And this week, I've added to Hieropice's purple repertoire, with a pair of mini Maasai beaded purple earrings.  They're light and delicate, but still make a statement.  And sparkly.  Can't forget the sparkly.
  We're in a bit of a Winter mess here in New England, with piles of snow on top of piles of snow on top of slush/ice/mud/debris.  I spent the weekend in Maine, celebrating my birthday, and just had to share a photo of the gorgeous view outside the rental house.  Makes it worth it, to live in this part of the country!  If only, someone else could do all the shoveling.
